... merry and sleepy... Well, I'm not so certain about the merry part... I was merrily sleeping, that's for sure. In how many ways do I have to show my human that I was sleeping? Actually sleeping... Merrily! Kill the flash! Dim the lights! Now that's better... Getting there... At last... Yes, my kind of Christmas... Now I can say Merry Christmas!

Darn!... If not for my stylish white leg... my human would have never discovered me on this grey throw...

I was quite exhausted after spying so intently on two ducks and a squirrel, and with that, and the heat of the sunroom, and about half a can of fish pâté that I've just gobbled down in the people's kitchen, I found myself much inclined to sleep...
